No kidding me too was created by Joe Pantoliano one of my fav actors who disclosed recently his struggle with clinical depression. I'm excited people are beginning to listen and pay attention.It is his desire to help erase,eradicate and obliterate the stigma associated with diseases of the brain 1 in 5 people suffer from some sort of mental illness.Soon people will be able to say no kidding me too with feeling shame.
Working toward getting better with therapy and medications any means neccessary.

For years I have wondered what has become of the boy who always had that smile. You were so good to me when so many were not. I always loved laughing with you. When I learned of your passing just a few months ago I was shocked. The last time i saw you you were walking up kresson road to work at the retirment home and I stopped to say HI!!! I asked you if you need a ride and you said Nah.. but we stood there and talked for a good while and you told me of your dreams and what the future had planned for. I never thought that would be the last time I saw your smile and heard your voice. Your laugher was so comforting and I will always thankyou you that! I hope now that you are at peace with yourself and that though your spirit you now know how many peoples lives you have touched!
Jevonwe may have not known each other well nor were a big part of each others lives but you will always be special to me and hold a big place in my heart for who you were. I will miss your smile and you laugh but most of all I miss never getting the chance to thankyou for always being so good to me!

WE GOT SO CLOSE SO FAST I HAVE SO MUCH LOVE FOR HIM. ITS CRAZY JAY TAKE CARE OF ME LIKE WE WAS BLOOD. I WAS 8MOS. PREGNANT AND ON BED REST AT THE TIME OF HIS DEATH AND JUST TALK TO HIM TWO DAYS BEFORE ALL HE WAS TALKING ABOUT WAS MUSIC AND WE CAN'T WAIT TO SEE EACH OTHER AT MY BABY SHOWERS ON THE 30. Jevon was a young man that I never had the pleasure of meeting in person. But through the years and countless hours in Miss Shay's shop I had come to know her son Jevon. This is a young man that is truly loved and adored by his mom. Anyone who has a child knows the depth that this love has. Happy 27th B-day! We all miss you so very much. Especailly that big smile and laugh when something would crack you up. Everytime I think you laughing like that it puts a great big smile on my face. You would be so proud of your mom and Kena. Your mom has good days and not so good days but (as you alread know) shes just as FABULOUS as ever, even more so, because she has such a great strength and inner beauty that God has given her and that I believe is connected to you. She also carries such an awsome testimony. She wants to enlighten and educate the world on this mental illness and in turn share you with the world and all the joy that you brought to so many of us. I also know that you're watching over your lil sister. Kena has grown into a great young woman that I know you are proud of and would want to hang with and that's always the greatest compliment a big brother could give a little sister just wanting to hang out together. I know you see that your cuz has had his baby boy, but what you may not know is what he said after the baby was born. Darryl held the baby in his arms and said " I can't wait to tell you about two great people in your family, your uncle Kahlil and your cousin Jevon, because they would have loved you so much and definetly would have given you a nickname so we have to come up with one and make Jevon proud" . Yo Jevon I can't believe how the time just went buy and I apolgize for not doing this sooner, I have been thinking about you for a while, I remember when we both were struggling Looking for a job a few years back and we would go out every where filling out apps. We would throw on the latest mixtape CD and just ride everywhere looking for work, and we would talk about how we regret losing our old jobs mine being at Ancora and yours being at the Airport. Well I'am back on the job hunt trying to do the right thing except this time I gotta do it alone, maybe that is what spawned my recent thoughts of you, but I thank you for what you said to me when we were hunting together and I was having the urge to go back to my old ways of making money, U put it in funny words but it was the truth and I love you for that. U always had a way of making a bad situation into a humerous situation for that matter any situation a humerous matter. We went from boys to men together, litteraly from the third grade to adult hood, when you transferred from berlin to voorhees I followed in high school what a coincedence and then after highschool, thats a lot of history, I remeber we had a little game we would play, when ever we would get in or out one another's car we would take a Cd or the whole Cd case, we were not stealing from each other but this way we had a reason to come back to that persons house or car and we did this for years, so for instance if I were to drop Von off at home or vice versa by the time that person got home U would get a call like Yo did U just get me for my new Jay-z cd? and the other person would just crack up laughing but then U knew eventually U had to go back and see that person(so u could get your CD back too LOL!). The Sad part is I still have some your of Cd's and you never came back and got them. I thank God I had a friend like U and I doubt I will ever have another like U. So now as I Look for work I'm also embarking on another dream and that is acting in hollywood and i chose this thinking of U and if I could it would be Rapping but I'm not that good at that. u were great at rapping but I think you would have been a better comedian, Katt Williams and those guys have nothing on U. But if ican have half of the personality that you had just in everyday life I know I can make it in hollywood. I promise Von when I get right your Mom and your sister and their offspring will never work again and if they do hopefully it will be for me or with me. i Love U always Bro and I will write more later to let U know more about my progress.
